Gabrielle & Chandler Williams

Some weddings stay with you forever, and Gabrielle and Chandler Williams' wedding at The Foundry Suites on June 20, 2026, will always hold a special place in my heart. Not only was it one of the most beautiful weddings I've ever had the privilege of coordinating, but the date itself was incredibly meaningful to me—it marked my own one-year wedding anniversary. Getting to spend such a special day helping another couple celebrate their love felt like the greatest gift!

What made this wedding even more memorable was the incredible family surrounding it all. When I walked into the rehearsal on Friday evening, I was immediately welcomed with open arms and felt like part of the family. The warmth, kindness, and genuine love that filled the room was impossible to miss. From that moment on, I knew this wasn't just going to be a beautiful wedding—it was going to be a celebration rooted in family, connection, and an overwhelming amount of love.

Gabrielle and Chandler are the kind of couple who do things their own way, and every detail of their celebration reflected that. From a completely unique first look experience to a surprise ceremony reveal that left guests speechless, their wedding day was filled with unforgettable moments that perfectly captured their love story! The vision was straight out of a fairytale romance novel. Whimsical florals overflowing with romance, elegant and timeless décor, a soft and beautiful color palette, and the perfect pop of color in Chandler's suit created an atmosphere that felt both sophisticated and magical.

The morning began with the bride getting pampered by her incredible makeup artist, Chanelle Nicole and hair stylist, Amy White. Mimosas were flowing, laughter filled the bridal suite, and my first task of the day was steaming dresses for the bride and bridesmaids. Alongside that, I checked in with vendors, confirmed arrival times, brought in all of the décor rentals, set up the custom signage I had created specifically for the couple and of course, getting some baby snuggles in with the couple's sweet baby girl!

Meanwhile, Chandler and his groomsmen had a very different start to their morning. As I walked in, they were dressed in Knicks jerseys, blasting music, and playing pool. The energy was high, the excitement was contagious, and it perfectly reflected the fun-loving spirit Chandler brought to the entire day!

The first of many happy tears of the day occurred when Hannah from Farkas Florals arrived with the bouquets and floral arrangements. The moment the bride saw her bouquet, you could tell it was everything she had envisioned and more! Every arrangement looked like it had been pulled straight from a fairytale—romantic, whimsical, and overflowing with beautiful blooms. Hannah has such an incredible eye for design, and every floral detail felt thoughtfully curated to reflect the couple's personalities and bring their wedding vision to life.

One of my favorite moments of this wedding day was helping the bride get into her dress. I don't often get the opportunity to help a bride into her dress, which makes these moments even more meaningful when I do. As I helped Gabrielle into her gown, emotions filled the room. Her mother watched with tears in her eyes, and if I'm being honest, I was fighting back tears myself. These intimate moments are ones I cherish forever and never take for granted. Being welcomed into such intimate milestones is one of the greatest honors of my job. Watching a mother see her daughter as a bride for the first time is something truly special, and it's a privilege to witness those emotions firsthand.

Then it was time for first looks—but not in the traditional sense. Because this couple was anything but ordinary, we created a first look experience as unique and memorable as they are. In the venue's beautiful courtyard, I escorted Gabrielle to a stunning staircase where her train cascaded down the steps like something out of a storybook. We gathered her family, bridal party, and her groom, Chandler with their backs turned toward her. One by one, we invited them to turn around and see her for the first time. It started with her father, whose reaction immediately had everyone emotional. Then came the bridal party, followed by the moment everyone had been waiting for—Chandler seeing his bride.

The excitement only continued as everyone boarded the party bus from 716 Limousine for portraits around Buffalo. We visited the couple's engagement location at Gallagher Pier, stopped at City Hall for some group photos, and finished with stunning portraits at the AKG Art Museum. This couple looked like they stepped straight out of the pages of Vogue, and their talented photographers from Garden Grover Weddings and videographers from Northern City Productions captured every moment with an editorial elegance that was absolutely breathtaking!

After returning to the venue, Gabrielle and Chandler shared private vows before the ceremony. These quiet moments are always among my favorites. Watching couples step away from the excitement and simply focus on one another is incredibly special. Being trusted to witness such genuine expressions of love is something I will always cherish.

The couple chose to complete all of their photos before the ceremony, allowing them to fully enjoy every moment of the celebration they had spent so much time planning. It's a decision I always love when couples make because it allows them to be truly present with their guests throughout the evening. Once private vows and family photos were complete, it was time for the ceremony.

The ceremony itself was breathtaking. The unique setup felt whimsical, romantic, and completely magical. Family and friends filled every row, and one beautifully reserved seat honored loved ones who couldn't be there in person—a touching reminder that love extends far beyond those physically present.

But what made the ceremony truly unforgettable was a surprise that no one saw coming.

As Chandler began reading his vows, he revealed a secret that instantly had guests looking at each other in disbelief. Gabrielle and Chandler had actually been secretly married since January! What everyone thought was the day they were officially tying the knot was actually a celebration of a marriage that had already begun months before. The reactions throughout the crowd were priceless. Family and friends were completely shocked, and the reveal created one of the most genuine and joyful moments I've ever witnessed during a ceremony!

Their vows perfectly captured their relationship—filled with love, laughter, and personality. Chandler, a Giants fan, and Gabrielle, a Bills fan, each promised to support the other's team for the rest of their lives... as long as the Giants and Bills weren't playing each other. It was one of those moments that perfectly reflected their playful relationship and deep friendship!

Following the ceremony, I always encourage couples to take 10 to 15 minutes alone before joining cocktail hour. It's a chance to pause, breathe, and soak in the reality of everything that just happened. While Gabrielle and Chandler enjoyed those first quiet moments together, I brought them plates filled with all the delicious food they had carefully selected so they could enjoy a private snack before rejoining the celebration. Meanwhile, guests enjoyed an incredible cocktail hour featuring a gorgeous spread of food and drinks before transitioning into the reception.

The evening kicked off with energetic introductions, heartfelt first dances, and more emotional speeches than I could count. Watching Gabrielle dance with her father was beautiful, but the moment that truly captured everyone's hearts was watching Chandler dance with their eight-month-old daughter. There wasn't a dry eye in sight.

After dinner, the party officially began. Then Tre from Whirlin' Disc Sound led a table relay challenge that had guests laughing nonstop. As table numbers were called, guests raced across the room to the dance floor to snap photos with the bride and groom. It was the perfect icebreaker and instantly transformed the room into one giant celebration. From that moment on, the dance floor stayed packed all night long!

As the evening drew to a close, guests gathered outside for a sparkler send-off that felt straight out of a movie. Sparks lit up the night sky as family and friends surrounded the newlyweds, cheering them on. And in true Chandler fashion, the celebration took on an unexpected twist. As everyone lined up with their sparklers, Chandler got the crowd chanting "Knicks in 5!" Before long, guests were laughing, cheering, and joining in. It was the perfect representation of the day itself—elegant, emotional, joyful, and completely authentic to who Gabrielle and Chandler are.

Afterward, Gabrielle stunned everyone with an iconic outfit change into a chic white jumpsuit that perfectly matched the fun, energetic atmosphere of the evening. To end their wedding day, the couple shared a private last dance after guests departed for the after-party. These final moments are always some of my favorites. The music plays, the room grows quiet, and for just a few minutes, the couple gets to soak in everything they've experienced together. It was the perfect ending to a wedding day that felt uniquely theirs from beginning to end!

This wedding was so much more than beautiful florals, stunning décor, and breathtaking photos. It was a celebration filled with personality, laughter, family, and an overwhelming amount of love. From the emotional first looks to the secret marriage reveal, from football rivalry vows to Knicks chants under sparklers, every moment reflected exactly who Gabrielle and Chandler are as a couple. It was an honor to be part of their story and to help bring their vision to life. This is a wedding I will never forget.

Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Williams. Thank you for trusting me with one of the most important days of your lives. Your wedding was nothing short of magical, and I wish you a lifetime filled with happiness, adventure, laughter, and endless love!

XO, Paige
