Hi! I'm Paige, the owner of Farkas Events, and I truly believe every couple deserves to enjoy their engagement just as much as their wedding day. I've always loved planning, organizing, and bringing creative ideas to life, but my favorite part of this job is getting to know the amazing couples I get to work with. By the time your wedding day arrives, I don't want to feel like “just your planner.” I want to feel like someone you trust—someone who knows exactly how you envisioned your day and is genuinely excited to celebrate alongside you.
Whether I'm fluffing your dress before you walk down the aisle, making sure your grandparents have everything they need, solving a last-minute problem before anyone notices, or handing you a drink after your ceremony, I'm there to make your day feel effortless. At the end of the day, I'm not just planning a wedding—I'm helping create one of the most meaningful days of your life.
One of the questions I get asked most often is, “What happens after I inquire?”
While I offer three core planning packages—Day of Coordination, Partial Planning & Coordination, and Full Service Planning & Coordination—I truly believe every couple is different. That's why I think of these packages as a starting point rather than a one-size-fits-all solution. Need a little more help? We can add services. Need a little less? We can customize. Want to add rentals, custom décor, or something completely unique? Absolutely!
My goal is to create a planning experience that fits your wedding, not force your wedding into a package. So what does working together actually look like?

Step 1: Let's Get to Know Each Other
Every Farkas Events couple begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation. This is one of my favorite parts of the entire process because I get to hear your story, your vision, and everything you're dreaming about for your wedding day!
Whether you've already booked your venue and have a planning binder full of ideas, or you just got engaged and don't even have a date picked yet, this consultation is for you. You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out—in fact, that's what I'm here for! If all you know is that you want to marry your best friend, we'll start there!
During our conversation, we'll chat about:
- What you've accomplished so far (even if that's just saying “yes!”)
- Whether you've chosen a wedding date or venue—or where to start if you haven't
- Your wedding style, vision, and overall vibe
- Your priorities and what's most important to you
- Your budget
- What you're most excited about
- Any questions or parts of planning that feel overwhelming
- Which planning experience would best fit your needs
This is simply a chance for us to get to know each other, answer your questions, and create a game plan that feels exciting instead of overwhelming. After our consultation, I'll send over a personalized proposal based on everything we discussed. And here's the most important part—nothing is set in stone. Need to add a service? Want to remove something? Interested in building your own package? No problem! We can edit, add, and customize until it feels exactly right!
Step 2: Your Planning Journey Begins
What happens next depends on how much support you'd like throughout your planning journey!
Day of Coordination
If you've booked Day of Coordination, you'll spend the months leading up to your wedding planning all the details, knowing you'll have someone ready to step in when it matters most!
Six weeks before your wedding I will reach out to schedule our final planning meeting. During this meeting, we'll review every single detail you've spent months planning. From your ceremony lineup and reception timeline to family photos, décor placement, vendor contacts, and those little personal touches that make your wedding uniquely yours—we'll cover it all!
I always tell my couples, I'm your eyes and ears on wedding day. My job is to take everything you've worked so hard to plan and bring it to life exactly the way you've imagined, while handling all of the behind-the-scenes logistics so you can simply enjoy the day!
Partial Planning & Coordination
If you've booked Partial Planning & Coordination, we'll schedule our first planning meeting shortly after booking. On this call we will review everything you've already completed, identify what still needs to be done, and create a personalized roadmap for the months ahead.
One of our first priorities is booking your vendor team. From photographers and DJs to caterers, transportation, and entertainment, I'll help you narrow down your options, review contracts, answer questions, and make sure you're choosing vendors that fit your style, personality, and budget!
Full Service Planning & Coordination
If you've booked Full Service Planning & Coordination, we're in this together from the very beginning. We'll build your wedding from the ground up. From creating your budget and finding your venue to designing your wedding, selecting vendors, managing logistics, and keeping everything organized, I'll guide you through every step of the planning process.
We'll meet regularly, check in often, and make sure every detail comes together beautifully!

Wedding planning shouldn't feel like a second full-time job. As we continue planning, we'll divide responsibilities based on what you enjoy doing and where you'd like my help. Some couples love making design decisions, while others would rather hand over the logistics—and that's exactly why every planning experience is customized! To keep everything organized, every Farkas Events client receives access to my online planning software.

Step 4: Bringing Your Vision to Life
This is where the fun really begins! One of my favorite parts of wedding planning is helping couples create a wedding that feels uniquely them. Throughout the planning process, we'll talk about décor, rentals, signage, styling, and all of those little details that make your wedding memorable.
I offer a growing collection of wedding décor rentals because I know firsthand how expensive it can be to purchase items you'll only use once. Instead of buying dozens of décor pieces that end up stored in your basement after the wedding, you can rent many of them through Farkas Events and enjoy the same beautiful look for less.
Even better… I'm always looking to grow my inventory! If there's a décor item you've been dreaming about that I don't currently have, don't be afraid to ask. If it's something I know future couples would love too, I'm often happy to purchase it and add it to my rental collection.
I also offer custom wedding pieces that add those personal touches your guests will remember, including:

I'll coordinate vendors, manage the timeline, oversee setup, answer questions, solve unexpected problems before they ever reach you, keep everyone on schedule and make sure every detail reflects everything we've worked so hard to create together.
